Loss and grief happen to everyone and it’s hard to talk about. In this episode, Danielle welcomes Martin Montplaisir to talk about grief. Martin lost his wife, Heather, to multiple myeloma in 2024. His response to grief has been to keep busy with activities that honour Heather, including the Messages #FromHeather campaign based on Living in the Moment, Gratitude and Paying It Forward; the social experiment Project Choice; and the Grieving Together App. Listen in as they talk about love and loss and one wheels and Mt.
